High Sierra is Back!!

Woohoo!! Our favorite Northern Nevada brewery, High Sierra is back!! Sure, it's now in the Baldini Casino in Sparks but, it's still close to us.

Celebrating its return with a Black Pussycat Imperial Stout - our favorite!


Of course, what else would we have to eat other than an Awful Awful - a Northern Nevada original thats awful big and awful good and one that's been served for over 60 years!


And here it is - num num num!!

Speaking of opening breweries back up, El Cajon Brewery is now back open with new owners. It's now under the name Urbn Brewing and looks to be a well managed.

You should! The beers are good and food is too. The old High Sierra building is being transformed into a Lake Tahoe Brewery too :beer:

Speaking of opening breweries back up, El Cajon Brewery is now back open with new owners. It's now under the name Urbn Brewing and looks to be a well managed.

No way!! I really liked the old El Cajon Brewery. Do you know if they will have similar menu items like the deep friend burger?

Cool I wish I was going up this Christmas like I normally do but plans changed this year or else I would be going there haha I guess it will be during the 4th of July

That's right, you have family in this area and you do normally come up this way. Bummer you can't make it this time around. There's a chance of a white Christmas here this year.

No way!! I really liked the old El Cajon Brewery. Do you know if they will have similar menu items like the deep friend burger?
