Jeeps stinger seriously injures girl in crash

That's fine. You just seem defensive about it. What really matters is that two families lives have completely changed forever, there is a young girl in a hospital with catastrophic injuries, her mother is injured too, a father is helpless and suffering, the driver of the jeep, regardless of fault, is most likely an emotional wreck along with his passenger. Yet on various forums on the internet, people are sitting behind their keyboards blaming or defending a bumper depending on their perspective.

VERY well said!

Sad story (no matter who is at fault)… If she had been t-boned by a stock Jeep, the injuries would have been way less without a doubt. It's so easy to speak before we think.

this is some next level stuff maybe take this down out of respect

Very true, even if she lives and recovers, none of them will be the same. Sad for all around.

Regardless of the patient (if it is this driver or not) someone posting pictures of someone like that is a heartless asshole.

Taking it isn't the issue...keep it for your own scrapbook but posting it for the world to see? Flat out wrong. Give the patient some privacy (to everyone that has posted that picture and all like it).

Edit: Even if she was at fault for her own injuries it is fucked up and immoral to flaunt her like that.

It's clear who's fault it is, but in this current sad world some lawyer will get ahold of the girls family and convince them to sue the bumper manufacturer. Wether they win or not, the lawyer will make out. This happened with one of the school shootings, I think it was Sandy Hook, where a victims family attempted to sue Bushmaster. I guess if bushmaster didn't exist it wouldn't have happened. I just hope it doesn't go this route. In all honesty I hope everyone recovers.

Not to start a fight, but there no such thing as public privacy.

Parents of 9 of the kids at SH are suing Bushmaster. I think it is still in process.

Because the rifle hopped up, popped in the mag and pulled its own trigger. :naw:

This is the news my friend.

And what fucking difference does it make posting? What is being accomplished besides me determining you are a 100% piece of shit? That is not news. People have been getting in accidents and doing dumb shit for a while now.

Just disrespectful to post it, man. Give whomever that patient is some privacy.

There isn't a rule saying he can't post that picture. I don't see it violating any rules.

never said it was against the rules just that this is not a news station and this photo is 100% disrespectful to the family involved and should be taken down!

The picture of the girl does absolutely nothing for the discussion of the topic. If anything it as distracted everyone from it. I agree that it is disrespectful and should be removed, but I also agree that rules have not been broken so the mods shouldn't... However, I would like to think that another WAL member would see their error and remove it themselves.
