With the drivers top hinge drilled and tightened in place and the passenger two hinges drilled and tightened in place, I'm off a little. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1454167793.717105.jpg

I haven't drilled the driver bottom yet. I'm thinking I'm going to oblong the passenger holes on the skins over so my hinge hole will line up. Thoughts? ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1454167982.892634.jpg

You think you could anchor ratchet straps to the passenger side of the carrier and pull it in enough line up? Maybe with a little heat it could be convinced.

ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1454203029.584234.jpg it turned out ok.

ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1454203056.401413.jpg I even mocked up a new license plate holder that will sit above my roto-pax mount. Third brake light, lic plate light and backup camera above the lic plate. I've got everything wired up to include extra backup/dust lights on top of my rear fascia too. Off to powder coat this week. Things are finally coming together.

How did that work out for you? I had to slot one end with a round file about half a hole to get mine to work. Sure glad I put it on there, especially since I already put a little love tap my pan already.

I took my time. I had one bolt not wanting to go in at first. I backed the others I had started out about half way and started them all. I just worked my way around in a circle a few times as I tightened. It sat right in the little grooves. Snugged right down tight.

What did you end up going with as far a GPS security device........I remember you mentioning SPOT as one you may go with........Just curious if that is what you went with and how it's been working for you.

Yes. I did go with SPOT. I love it. My 17 yr old daughter (this is her daily driver for now) can't figure out how I know where she is......:cheesy::cheesy:

It's looking good. At some point I will be running the Evo tire carrier. I love the functionality of it. Plus, it looks great.

Well, I started out planning on installing EVO Rock skins. I've already drilled and put the nutzerts in. Then I had EVO Rock sliders to weld on. I kind of changed my mind and decided for the next year or so I would run Rock Slide Eng. step sliders. They took my EVO skins and drilled a custom set up step sliders to match the drill holes on them. I pick them up tomorrow. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1454633388.904936.jpg

Really cool that they were able to match the holes for you, cant wait to see them installed and how you like them.

These the ones with the powered step? If so, are you worried about damaging the step when using them as sliders? I've been looking at them, as my wife cannot climb into the jeep at it's stock height easily. and I plan on 4" lift and 35"s for now with 37-38"s sometime after...
