I was looking at tires today. (I do this a lot, it's kind of becomeing a problem) I noticed they are really cheap in a 315/70r17 and look fairly aggressive. Why are they so cheap? Bad rubber? Given firestone's rep as a premium tire mfg I'd expect a higher price. Thanks!

Has anyone ever used this stuff? I'd like to avoid oil undercoating because it's expensive and sometimes doesn't work that well. Any thoughts or alternatives will be appriciated. I live in Vermont and don't want my Jeep to rust.
