No couldn't I had a permitted load. Plus PA had a restriction for trucks being on the road starting midnight on that Sunday morning. It lifted sometime Monday morning. But I didn't deliver until Tuesday morning. Sorry for the late reply.

I Think we got a little bit of sleet last night but not much
