At first I thought it was plastic by the look but it feels like it may be metal, but still seems a bit thin.

For those of you that have installed the EVO Rock Sliders. On the passenger side there is a plastic cover right next to the frame where the foot of the sliders get welded on. Did this cause any damage to the plastic cover on the other side of the frame? What precautions did you take? Thanks

So I have two questions that I'm not 100% sure about. 1. When I am putting my doors back on, do I have to put the bolts back on under the hinges or can I just slide the doors back in and be set? 2. I heard that if I put the soft top back halfway I should be careful driving at high speeds...
