    P0520

So, I know this subject has been discussed many times on here. Had the code pop today. Main question, is it safe to drive with the sensor out? Jeep has 21k and was about due for an oil change so I changed it tonight, cleared code at same time. Took for a quick drive after oil change and...

    Write Up: Backup Camera Installation

Thanks for the write-up. I finally got around do getting it done. My dealer charged $50 for the flash so I got out cheaper. I found that I needed a a female/female adaptor. I did purchase the camera and harness you linked to but I ended up with 2 male sides at the radio. This may be due to...

    Rock Hard sport cage

About to pull the trigger on the sport cage. My question is for those that have painted their own. How many cans of mopar spray cans did it take to paint the cage for a jku? Or how much paint did it take for a paint shop to make for you to paint with a gun? I have access to a paint booth...

    Show off your tents

Good to know there are other hikers around here. I summited Whitney on 9/8 this year. The sunrise was beautiful at 6 am at trail camp. That's my rei tent in the background and I have to say it's lighter thou it's not comfortable if temps are below 40

    Front license plate bracket

I bought 1/2" longer bolts for the fairlead and a few extra nuts to sandwich the license plate. Then drilled my license plate out for the width of the Hawse fairlead. Cost me all of $5 to get my plate mounted.

What was done to your rig this week?

Made my own hardtop lift for $30. Also used 350 feet of paracord and made my own rollcage netting to keep the dog in the back. I'm such a cheapass.... Hardtop lift and netting for a total of $50 and a evening worth of my time

Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

It's not a bad place. Half of it is hilly with trees and the other half is steep short hills. The middle has a small rock garden. Not sure if it's worth the drive from rawlings, but then again it's no more than 2 hrs away from you. I can't say it would be challenging for a non stock jeep...

Rock Hard reviews and evo 3' lift

I just finished putting on my RockHard full width. It is very stout and the packaging was well done and protected the powercoat. I would also like to add that Jason over at Rock Hard has been extremely helpful and quick to respond to my pm's and emails to their support. Jason responded late at...

    Zeon synthetic line install

What a PITA they really shouldn't give you a zip tie. It was easy using a wire to pull it through. Thanks for the advice.

    Zeon synthetic line install

I have been trying to get the synthetic line through the drum for too long now. I broke the zip tie included after the loop was 25% through the drum, tried using my own zip ties and they also continue to break at the same position while being pulled. Any tips that would help me get the line...
