Engine Block Heater Port

I'm thinking of installing an engine block heater. There's not much information I have been able to find on the location of the port. By looking at a MOPAR engine block heater part diagram, I believe that the port is what I have shown in the attached .pdf. Can anyone confirm?

No, this photo is passenger side.

It's not, it's a bit of a PITA. Have to loosen this and move that and no matter what you do it's still a contortionist act to get bolt started.

I am getting ready to do this on a JT - its behind the AC compressor on the drivers side - its doable - but does not look like a fun job.
