As most of you know, I love Jeepster Commandos and when I saw this one, I really got excited and mainly, it looked so shiny and clean or at least, from a distance. Overall, it is a decent build but the weird hard top (which looks to be part of the original top) with whatever cottage cheese they put on it looks like ass. Also, the tube fender are clearly from a TJ or something like it and they just scream "after thought" and that's a shame.

So much potential for this but like you said the bumpers- especially the rear do not do it justice.

Maybe we do not understand the intent? Maybe it’s meant for diving and sunbathing?

Yes, definitely lose the bumpers and fenders, I didn’t catch those on the first post. Otherwise, I love it.

I think Clay's correct; the wood slat floor (mats?) get put on the rear bumper for a swim deck?

I like it but agree bumpers, fenders and hardtop needs to go. They should have kept a more classic look.

Is that rattle can bedliner on the top? Looks horrible. Those seats ruin it for me too. A high back like that just doesn’t fit.
