I can confirm the 10th Ann. can be had with black leather. I saw an Anvil one on the back lot of my local dealer. It was a special order according to the salesman and it looked awesome.

Saw this in Beaufort. Dually 40's!

On mine I just pull'em out all the way until the ratchet-lock starts. Then buckle them up, let them roll back in and sinch'em up nice and tight. No flaps.
