Finally got the lift kit installed! 2.5" Rough Country lift and 3/4" Fishbone shackles.

Spent all day Saturday with my brother installing a Rough Country 2.5" lift and Fishbone 3/4" shackles. We will finish it up today.

This should really help my bump steer problem. There is a lot of slop on the original steering shaft joints.

Heads up, If you are looking for a speedometer gear for your Dana 20, don't get the one that says it fits a 1955-1986 CJ. That information is incorrect.

Hopefully wheels and tires, but mostly chasing everything that breaks.

I used some Prothane grease.

It takes everything I have not to test 4 Low in my F250 and push them out of the way. Ran into several on the way to Kansas City.

Replaced the rubber bushings in my new leaf springs with Polyurethane bushings. Next up is the installation of the springs and Fishbone shackles.

It would also be good to have someone test your antenna/coax for SWR to test reflected power once installed. Just make sure it's being tested with the correct test set for UHF and not CB. Also, as jamesrw30 noted, antenna location is important and depending on the antenna it will most likely...
