^^ This was my thinking as well. They worked on the Humvees fairly well but I don't see a point on a straight axle. Its a lot of money and the biggest benefit is raising the driveshaft.

If your concerned you might put a piece of tape around it to ensure it stays in place but I wouldn't hesitate to plug it in and run it. If it bothers you or starts to drip you can always have a line made up out of AN hose and fittings. That would be far and above superior to the stock version...

That's fine. The white clip on the inside is what's holding the fuel line on. The blue clip is just a lock like the red part on your abs sensors.
