There are multiple TPMS types for the JL the years. So it’s a good chance they might not work. If there was one type for all I would agree with you. And for $10.00 per tire to install that makes it easy to get the right ones.

Discount tire will swap them to the new tires for $10.00/ tire. I’m doing this.

I would have to remount the tires just to remove the TPMS, and just thought this is more efficient. Never thought about it. Never did this either.
