I'll pass - just got my jeep back and honestly the last 2 trips have been to chinaman. My year got ruined by this house project, but the good news is should be wrapped up in the next couple weeks so next year hopefully I'll be available to wheel again.

That trail looks sick! Hopefully my jeep will be out of the shop soon and I can catch some trails next year.

For the record I'll go wheel anywhere on Saturday. I have it blocked out so if anyone wants to go pretty much anywhere, let me know.

No trails in the Ouray area are hard from a rock crawling perspective. They are all mostly scenic but worth it. Even black bear is literally a road for the most part. Very little challenge other than pucker factor.

There are other sources that are sometimes faster, but yes this is a good one.

Alright well I guess Spring Creek is off then. Let me know if someone changes their mind.

I just dont have time or equipment to camp right now guys - if nobody wants to do spring creek it’s no biggie. Just threw out an idea thats closer and we haven’t done in awhile.

THis question gets asked every month of every year, but the answer stays the same. Early July is the goal to open this trail but sometimes it goes longer. There are plenty of other trails in the area for your dates so I wouldn't worry. If you don't get to run it you'll want to plan for later...
