New ARB came in, notice the newer design than my last one. No more outer bolts and a one piece housing. Hopefully we don't kill this one anytime soon.

Here you go, as you can see all the heads broke off and the ARB is broke in all 4 spots where it is thin from machining.

Found some issues when I opened up the rear diff. Found 3 broken teeth on my gear set and also found 4 stress cracks and all the bolt heads on the ARB sheered off. Oh well, all in good fun. Just not very nice on the pocket book...

SO I'M RUNNING A PAIR OF ROCK JOCK 60'S WITH ARB'S AND THEY ALWAYS LEAK OUT OUT OF THE AXLE BREATHER...... I HAVE READ A FEW THINGS THAT STATE THAT THIS IS NOT UNCOMMON. TODAY WHILE DRIVING BACK FROM WHEELING IT BEGAN BLOWING OIL OUT OF THE FRONT ARB AIR LINE WHERE IT HOOKS TO THE COMPRESSOR...

I do most of my wheeling in the winter. Work slows down and some of the easiest trails get tough. Only down side....its to dang cold.
