Burning in open air vs inside a combustion chamber are 2 completely different scenarios. You never get close to the adiabatic temp in the open.

Thats the downside. If I go all in with a tiller I'm stuck with some kind of weed barrier or weeding my brains out IDK. I may do the beans & peppers in raised beds and tomatoes & others in rows with a barrier. I need to do a planting plan...

Homegrown tomatoes and green beans just can't be beat. The rest of the other crops are great too but these two have always been my favorites. Having my own tiller will really come in handy. My farmer neighbor has a big 8' mechanical spaeder that I have him till our garden with but it's so damn...

Really need to get back to the big garden again this year. Looking on marketplace for a 5' 3-point rototiller for the tractor so I can do all my own tilling & mixing in old compost. Seed catalog just got here. Kind of a pain to have to buy it but I prefer to leaf through catalogs for some things...
