Caught the Bug
My stock tie rod has been bent for a while, but went wheeling Sunday and bent it to the point it was stressing the PSC ram. You can see where the ram was grinding the top:
I have a spare Synergy which I just installed:
Problem is the plan was to keep this one as a spare, but I had to cut off the ends. Now I have to decide between finding spare stock ends vs another new one. Crap.

On a separate question, were you parked at the Lowes on Loan Tree today? Pulled in there and saw a Jeep just like that and I could have sworn it had the same new license plate add

Busy weekend in the shop with friends (noroad, GRNHORN, MedixJK, and a local buddy) I'll let GRNHORN share the details, but we were getting him Rubicon ready, and I helped my local bud (XJ) re-weld on a broken arm mount.
This photo represents MA, VA, KY, and OH... It was a blast and I'm honored to have friends willing to drive so far to hang and wrench with me :blush:

Haven't posted in a while....my build has gone a different direction. I have been doing a lot of camping lately. Just got back from an awesome trip to Utah and Arizona. New bumpers, winch and rear cargo set-up.
