West Virginia, Mountain Mama, Country Roads, Take Me Home
Having left the warm piney woods of far west Deep East Texas to visit my daughter in the chill of rugged West Virginia. I'm going into withdrawal because there is no Blue Bell ice cream much less Texas beers like Shiner or Real Ale in this neck of the woods. However, there are some brews not available in my home town for me to sample. Ersatz, today's suds, West Virginia's Mountain State Brewing Miner's Daughter Oatmeal Stout.
"Coal Black and creamy smooth, this beer holds a light tan head and is surprisingly light in body – so it won’t fill you up. 5.3% ABV."
Cheers!
