Rubicon rails

I am interested in the Rubicon rails you have listed for $100. Are they for a 2 door? Will they fit my 2014 Sport? What condition are they in? Thank you.

Are the stock bumpers still available and which ones are they? X/10a steel or just plastic?
Edit: I also need the stock license plate mount what was your price on that I didn't see it?
