While 15x8 wheels have grown quite popular for the newest body Jk Wranglers we wanted to expand on our offerings. Rather than just bring in a bunch more 15x8 wheels we worked with American Outlaw Wheels to offer two of their newest wheel designs in a wider 15x8.5 size. The 1/2" increase in width should help consumers better maximize the performance and life of wide 15" tires. See below for sizes and specs.

We should have pictures of these wheels installed in the next week or two. If you have purchased a set of these wheels please feel free to add your pictures and comments to this thread.

Thanks Cozdude, I keep looking at these pics. I like how these additional 1/2" of these wheels widens the stance ever so slightly. We're hoping to test fit the Bullet soon too. I think its going to look pretty sharp once its installed.

I ran over to the local DT and got a quote for the Deputy wheels and some new tires... Was looking at the BFG All Terrain TA KOs which they said 35's "should" fit on my stock 07 JKUS. I can't afford a full lift just yet (well can but I don't want to sleep in Jeep for that long) so thoughts? Budget boost? Stick with 33's?

We'd recommend at least a 2.5" lift. There's a number of inexpensive kits out there. Eibach makes a nice kit. Teraflex also has a great budget boost kit. Both kits are available from us through our ebay store. Here's a link, if you can't find the one you want please give us a ring at 1.888.459.4080: Discount Tire Suspension Products

With a 2.5" lift and 35's you'll likely still need to make some minor modification to the lower edge of the front bumper but this is a pretty simple mod.

If you don't want to install a lift it may be better to stick with 33" tire.

Yea, that's what I figured. The locat DT guys gave me an awesome deal on a set of BFG 33s, so we are going to roll with those. And getting a few rebates is going to help contribute to the lift. Hopefully everything shows up early next week. Thanks for your help...

Excellent! Make sure you post some pictures here once you have everything bolted up

Thank you for your support.

Got a call today that wheels and tires are in... I obviously vetted over there and dropped off jeep... Bad news... Wrong bolt pattern ordered! They had 5x4.5, not. 5x5... Now have to wait a few more days... They are in warehouse in Indiana so maybe they will arrive quick too. Will have pics as soon as they get tires mounted and they don't throw me out of service bay.

Ugh, I know that feeling all to well! Such a bummer! We apologize for the mix-up and delay. Hopefully the correct wheels will come in quickly.

I was wonder if these (matte black) American Outlaw Deputy are or will be available in a 17x9 or 17x8.5 with less than 4.5 backspace??
I really like the look of the wheel but would like something with a 3.75 to 4.25 back space...

THANKS
