I've been researching bumpers to death, and off the top of my head, AtoZ Fabrication in eastern PA comes to mind.

Yea there good he's part of my jeep club but he wants $1,100 to build me a simple one I'd rather build one my self cuz I like the satisfaction of saying yea I did that I'm just lookin for ideas on how to go about

^ yes- www.atozfabrication.com- make sure you get the Mega spindle (upgrade from the Heavy Duty- $77.95)

or Comp4x4 has a few spindles and a double shear carrier hinge

Thread resurrection here. I am having a horrible experience with Comp4x4 in getting a part for the tire carrier that a built. It was ordered on 1/14 but didn't ship until 1/23. My status emails between then were ignored. Although it shows shipped on 1/23, the post office tracking says 'not available' and hasn't changed since 1/23. The post office specifics say that it hasn't even shipped yet, just that the company sent pre-info to USPS. It's only being sent from one state away. I've emailed comp4x4 as their phone # won't go through and have had 3 ignored emails. Just warning others.

As far as atozfabrication, I've had great luck with them.
