Changing the bolt pattern on an XJ

So I am ordering a new set of 37" Nittos with new beadlock rims. What is on the jeep now is a set of 35" Nittos with 17" pro comp rims. I have a 95 cherokee that I will be upgrading the axle shafts to chromoly and I was wondering, since I have the extra set of 35" tires with 5x5 bolt pattern, how hard would it be to change the bolt pattern so those rims fit? Can I just have the shop install new shafts with 5x5 bolt pattern? Any help would be great. Thanks

While this might seem like a great idea...you'll be at a great disadvantage in many situations.

Got a flat? Carry a smaller spare with locked axles? Good luck.
Break a shaft on the trail? Someone has a stocker/spare? Good luck.
Bend a rim? Someone has a spare? Good luck.

You can likely work around all of these issues in a pinch, but it would just become a headache after the 2nd time it happens.

Anyway, to answer your question -- most manufacturers will have 5x5" shafts for the 8.25, simply ask when you order them. AlloyUSA, Dutchman, TEN Factory, they will all sell you a 4340 with 5x5 bolt pattern. In the long run, it might be cheaper and much less of a hassle to stick with 4x4.5" bolt pattern.
