Adding a pigtail for a trailer.

Have a co-worker wanting to add a pigtail so he can pull a trailer. Is there a quick connect somewhere to do it? Or does he have to hardware it in? It's a '99 TJ

There are a few companies that make a harness that plugs into the tail lights on the tj. I had then installed and they worked fine, I'll try to remember the company.
