Front driveshaft

For a JKU anything over 3 inches. That is net lift. On the 2012's and up need a cross pipe to keep from melting the boot.

Is the new drive line to keep from hitting the exhaust? I've seen conflicting requirements for lengthened drive lines. AEV's lifts are only calling for exhaust modifications up to 4.5".

On a 2012 or newer, you will want a new front what on any lift that comes with shocks that allow for too much droop. With a taller lift, your cv boot at the t-case will be in a constant state of pinch and will fail prematurely if you don't replace it with an aftermarket shaft.

I made the mistake of not putting a spacer (which is the dumbest idea in the world) and wasted a driveshaft because of it. I decided to go with an afe power y pipe instead
