Muffler drip...is this anything to be concerned about??

Now if it smells like antifreeze it could be a sign of a blown head gasket, but I don't think that's what you have by looking at the pictures.

Edit to add, many mufflers have drains designed into them to help the condensation drain. But it is possible the muffler has a small hole as well. Still I wouldn't worry about it.

Just water from the combustion process also shows your cats are working properly. It's normal and it being from the side I know many mufflers are designed with a tiny hole to let the water out and keep it from sitting in the muffler and rusting it.
