Can't see pictures

Just picked up a Verizon ellipsis 7 tablet. Down loaded
the Wayalife app, I login but am unable to see pictures that are posted. Any suggestions??

Fixed it, deleted app and reinstalled it all hood now

If anyone has any other ideas, I am in the same boat. No pics show in the app for me. Just deleted and reinstalled (from the cloud, only option there is), and still no pics.
