    Driving light mount

So I purchased some driving lights yesterday and now I need a place to mount them, while I am still using the factory bumper. I came up with this:

Light Bracket 1.jpg Light Bracket 5.jpg Light Bracket 7.jpg Light Bracket 16.jpg Light Bracket 13.jpg

I still have to finish and mount it, but this is the foundation for my new lights.

Here is JK-Forum.com thread that details it a little better with some additional pics. Driving light mount

Thanks. This kind of stuff is more fun than any practical use, but I'm pretty happy with how this turned out.

Here are a couple of updated pics. This is where I'm at, until my lights get here.

I also added a couple ob 55w backup lights.

The performance of these is way better than the stock candles in the tail light housing. I cut a notch out of the bumper and mounted them directly to the cross member.

I'm using the 100w bulbs in the IPF lights.
Sorry the pics are a bit blurry, I didn't take the tripod outside for this.

Yes they help out quite a bit both with using the mirrors and the backup cam.
