Fender Flares

Looking for a set of after market fender flares. Want to get rid of my stock ones without spending a lot.

If you are into the look of the skinny fenders you can also just cut your stock ones for free. I personally love the look of the smittybuilt xrc fenders but they are a fortune.

I agree, I want some smittybilt XRC but you can't beat the cutting of stock flares for free

Yeah, I just watched a video about modifying the stock fender flares, but I'm looking for something a little more permanent.

I forget which company makes it, but you can spend about $300 for that style if that's what you mean by more permanent.

Trimmed mine and they are permanent.... Well unless one gets torn off while Frank and I are doing hardcore wheeling. But still only one flare is needed to replace, just trim it and BAM done! No hassle with a company to sell you one of their flares and install kit.

I'll do it soon. Gather lots of new stuff to add very soon. Suspension Lift, LED flood lights, Hood Latches, Angey Eyes, Winch, Wheels and Tires

I'm just going to cut my OEM fenders and permanently leave them on. If one gets torn off I'll spend a couple dollars to replace it with another and cut it to match.

Personally I'd save that money on something that you're really going to need

I just cut my stock flares last weekend. Take your time watch a few videos, it's not that hard. After I put on the trim it finished the look very nice. I spent about $25 on the whole job. I would say just cut your stock to see if you do, if not, rip them off. You would only be out time.
