I have the AEV Procal. Is this something similar. Cant find any really good write ups.

With the Flashpaq more options are available than the aev procal. Here is a link

On 4 wheels parts it says it is not compatible with my 2010 auto, true?

The 3872 is the newest Flashpaq. It should work, I had it installed on my 2009 and worked fine. I believe it's suppose to work on 2007-2014. The 3875 (red) is the older version, I'm not sure on the years that it works on
