Well I feel like I have accomplished too much today lol. Day starts by going wheeling and breaking a lower control arm on the juggy and being home even before lunch time.

After I unloaded it when I got home I put the JK back up on the lift and started to pull the front end back out of it. Once it was out I cleaned up a few things and finished some welding.

After all that excitement ended up painting the front passenger side shock tower as well as the front axle and control arms.

Ill see how things go but I hope for the jeep to be back on the ground tomorrow and nitrogen in the struts.

Looks great! Crazy how obsolete your fenders are now. Lol

It definitely sticks way out. Ive actually been considering ditch the rears just for a different look but they may stay considering they arent even doing much anymore.

I couldnt stand it so I decided to put the front end back together. I ended up sticking the factory tierod on just to make it a bit easier to move around for now. I cant wait to flex this thing out tomorrow and see how it does.

Today I ended up trying to charge the ORIs but was having problems getting it to take any pressure. I plan to call ORI tomorrow and see what it is Im doing wrong. The lower cambers seemed to take some because after I was able to bleed some pressure off. When I tried to do the top it wouldnt take it.

I also couldnt stand it so I picked the rear up to see how it would be.

Well, that amount of flex certainly doesn't suck...looks great dude. Stoked to see how it sits with the struts charged.

Haha no it doesnt. Bottom of the tire was at 42 inches. The passenger rear strut was only extended to 12.5" so when its got nitrogen on it and it will push the rest of the way out it should get another couple inches.

Not sure if its the same with the ORI struts, but I know with coilovers you need to hit them with pressure at full droop when you want to fill them up.

Thats what a few of my buddys said. After reading the ORI instructions too mean it seems it should be done on the ground because it says "4.1 Rest vehicle on a level, flat surface.4.2 Lower Mount Charge (lower chamber)4.2.1 First, vent all pressure from the Upper Cap Valve to lower vehicleuntil struts fully compressed."

Then it seems when you do the upper chamber either way. "4.3.1 Method 1: With vehicle weight resting on struts, charge the maincylinder through the Upper Cap Valves with nitrogen gas until thevehicle lifts to desired ride height. Bounce the vehicle several times tosettle the suspension and recheck ride height.4.3.2 Method 2: Lift vehicle off ground, allowing struts to fully extend.Measure exposed piston shaft at each wheel to ensure right and leftside struts are at equal extension length. Charge Upper Cap Valveswith nitrogen gas to desired pressure and lower vehicle to ground."

Oh yeah forgot these are all based on nitrogen and no springs. That just sounds complicated to me lol.

Looking amazing dude.
Easton and chad went and saw you the other day and thought it was so sick. And of course they had to take a picture of your dads truck[emoji23]
Keep up the good work man

Well today I got the struts figured out. Didnt call or anything just made sure all air was out and started over. Here is where I have it sitting now. Im going to roll with this height for now. Im guessing after struts break in it will settle and ill have to reset.

Awesome, squatted Jeep. Make sure you get some 14" wide Forces and you will fit right in with all the other diesel douches out there.
