Also did a few little thinks ended up have to repaint the antenna mount because I messed up yesterday and it turned out pink. Since the shortage of time I ended up going with it black. Also painted my front lower control arm mounts been running around with them half painted figured I dont want them rusting up down there on the beach. Lastly I got the trailer cleaned up and ready to go. View attachment 138617

You aint kiddin! After 3 years,, I'm just starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel on my build. And who knows if im just fooling myself!

I can see that wasn't the beat choice of words. But it sure has hell feels like forever.

Well now we are on the way home from Jeep Beach. It turned out to be a great time all though the wheeling was a little weak. So here we were leaving Georgia

We had plans to leave Thursday morning but we decided to just roll on Wednesday around 8 and got there around 2 in that morning and unloaded.

The next day when we woke up I couldnt resist and took a picture of the jeep from the Condo.
We didnt do much that day considering nothing really started till Friday. Friday we ran the course and walked through the venders and hung out on the beach for a long time. For those that are on instagram we meet up with Kevin Geiser (responsiblyreckless) after he rolled in with the JKX. Matt Helsby (hell_raised_jk) and Dyllon Mawn (dyllonmawn) we ended up stopping most of the traffic when we all stacked on each other. The next day we decided to do it again because our mall crawler status was through the roof during registration.
Matt has pictures from the course that will post up when I get them from him later this week. I got on the flex trailer or what ever you want to call them and ended up scoring a 860 (not really sure if this is good or not so those that know let me know).
Then last night since it was the last time on the beach we got a couple last pictures
. Last night also was in a parking lot from 8 to 11 changing a idler pulley on a TJ that broke one.

Now here we are on the way home

When I got home last night my windshield banner was waiting on me and today I cleaned up the jeep and put it on. Bye bye JKF banner


Also got a Gear Shade while down in Daytona because I liked the idea of the over head pockets. When I put it on Ill through up a couple pictures of it. Here is also a couple pictures from the course down there.

Saw your rig in the parking lot at Main Street on Friday night.....my rig was parked next to the far pool table....didn't know what you looked like otherwise I would've found you and bought you a round.......sweet looking rig :thumb:

Yeah we were out there until it started to rain then we started to head back to the condo. Also for future reference here I am on the far right. and also screwing around the next day.

I said Id through up pictures of the Gear Shade when I got it on so here it is.
I have had it on for a few days now and been forgetting to post it. So far im not 100% sold on them the spiderweb shade is definitely a tighter fit and I think a little bit better quality personally. The over head pockets are kinda cool though. Lastly just a little update on the EVO corners and carrier. Since I have taken this long to do it I have decided to go over to my friends shop Saturday and have him knock it out instead of doing it in the garage. Saturday I will through up some pictures of it before it is off to powder coat.

Last night ended up taking the jeep over to my friends shop and bringing him all the parts this morning. Sucks not doing this install but probably better im not there to screw it up.
So glad I ended up making the change over to the EVO Carrier. Off to powder coat Monday and hopefully back on at the end of the week.

Beefy carrier. You can back up into a shopping cart and not a single dent!

Thats so great to know. Cause I can never get out of the mall without a dent!

Went and got all the stuff earlier so I can take it to the powder coater tomorrow.

Also took some pictures of the holes in the jeep while I was there.

Looking good man. What color you getting them powder coated? Black? Red? Pink? Lol

Im going to do the corners the matte black like all the rest of my armor but im planning on doing the Carrier red all because I have never seen one done in red before. Figured after the black corners there isnt going to be much red showing anymore so it might look good. I guess we will find out next weekend lol.
