Her she is, the day I got her. I had a perfectly good red 2012, but decided I had to have Anvil! I named her Alice, after the Resident Evil movies.

Added a few decals. A Rubicon 10th Anniversary styled Wrangler hood decal, a red Trail Rated badge, and of course a Wayalife and Project JK decal.

Kicker Speakers

Added Kicker 40CS674 6 3/4" 100w RMS (300w peak) speakers to the sound bar. Haven't tackled the front yet, because it's a pain in the ass.

Headlights and a little security

I added Hella H4 E-code headlights and a Tuffy Security Console Insert. I don't have before and after pics of the headlights, but they made a big difference.

EVO Plush Ride Coils and Rear Spacer

I added a set of EVO Plush Ride 2" coils up front, and a 1" spacer in the rear. When I saw how much the front lifted, I put in a set of 59 rear coils to replace the 55s that were stock. Don't know how it's going to ride. Need a front bumper now, to drop the front a little, or maybe 1.75" spacers for the rear. The first pic shows the EVO coils next to the stock 14s. I measured at the center of the fenders, and went from 36.5" up front to 40", for a gain of 3.5". In the rear, I went from 36" to 37.75", for a gain of 1.75". That nets about 2.6", I guess. Way more than I expected.

The Change, So Far

The first one is how she sits now, on her Frankenstein leveling kit. The second is after tires and wheels, but before lift. The last is the day I got her.

With the 2 inch Plush Ride coils, you will get front end droop from a bumper and winch. I even put a 3/4 inch spacer on the front to compensate!

During the installation of the Rockhard 4x4 Winch Plate, and the winch, there were a couple of issues to address. The first, was the fact that the vacuum pump mount did not let me use the supplied bolt. It is not long enough to use, if you want to use the lock washer, also. I had to buy a 1 inch bolt and another flat washer to correct this. I think the vacuum pump is like that on 2012 and up models, and anyone who has had to deal with it, will realize it is in a bad place.

The second issue, was with mounting the winch to the plate. It is not a design issue with the plate. With the bolts and washers supplied with the Warn M8000, you'll need to add a larger washer than came with the kit, for a secure mount to the winch plate. The bolts were just long enough to fully fill up the supplied nut.

Heated Truck-lites

Added a pair of heated Truck-lites. After finding a couple of Youtube videos on Truck-lite, one of them comparing OEM headlights, JW Speaker, & Truck-lite, I settled on these. They look to have the best light distribution pattern and roadside visibility.

KC HiLites 497 LED Factory Fog Light Replacement

KC HiLites. Seem to match the Truck-Lites well, and mount to the factory bumper just like the stock fogs.

I've never put a pic of the Bestop Supertop here, so here it is. I was running 17/59 springs with a 1" spacer rear, & 1.5" front, but the front sat down 3/4" when I added the winch & mounting plate, and started riding a little better, too, so while rotating my tires, I pulled the 59 coils and went back to the stock 54's, leaving the spacer in.

I had planned to have a rear tire swing bumper, by now, otherwise I'd have left them in, for the additional strength.
