Actually we chose 2x6's on exterior walls so we can put a larger R value insulation.

Put up some more walls that hold the stairs going to the second floor.

Be sure to post some pics Will......if I lived locally I'd be more than willing to help out brother......depending on how much time my wife can get off for vacation we may be able to make a stop off at the Canvas Compound to take a look around.......looking like 1st or 2nd week of June as the return from TJ.....

Good work Will. :rock::clap2: Did you cut those out yourself as well? I wouldn't have the patience for that, my ADD wouldn't allow me to focus on one task for that long. :crazyeyes:

Looks great Canvas. It looks like you are using pt when in contact with concrete but are you guys required to use any sort of sill seal in Texas?
