Delta, Utah - Proving Grounds?

Has anybody heard of this place?
Apparently it's a bunch of man made obstacles in Utah,

My Dad wants to take me there, but the only information he has, is that its cool, and they are going to make me wear a helmet(lame).

I can't seem to find a website for them online. Help?!?

Aren't they just an organization that schedules events/races at the place?

Just watched the video. Looks like a place for buggies. I'd be scared to death to take my JK there.
