Got rear ended today. Everybody including the jeep is fine. The car dinged my tailgate barely and just scratched the fascia. The other car well.. ill let you see what the Evo fascia did to it.

It's hard to deny that if the factory (plastic) bumper had been on the Jeep the damage to the other vehicle would not have been as bad. :crazyeyes:

Whoa...our society has changed. It couldn't that driver's fault something else MUST have caused this accident. I'm sure many lawyers will be able to provide many reasons that "actually" caused this accident other than your "current feelings" on the true causation...
