2002-2004 WJ Overland

Greetings Jeep Peeps. I am in the market for a WJ Overland and have found one that is seemingly nice with 150,000 on it. The asking price is below retail blue book, so if it checks out I'm probably going to buy it. My questions to the forum are these:

Mechanically, what areas should I concentrate on checking out that are prone to go out around this mileage?

Are there places to look at on the unibody to readily tell if it has been crashed and not worth buying.

Any additional "red flags" to watch for.

I look forward to your input.
Thanks, 1stbaserobo...'08 JK

The heater core seems to go out fairly often if it has never been replaced. Touch the passenger floor board and feel if it's wet. That is a sign of a bad heater core. Also, a smoke looking substance coming out of the air vents and a fog on the windshield.
