I don't have a personal plate, but I got behind a guy in a Ford Tempo one time on my way to work. He was doing 35 in a 55, strange enough that his license plate said PASS ME.

Idk all I know is you can have 8 and in Cali we only get 7.

How does it work with NJ? Is it an extra $50 a year for personalized plates?
