I run 33inch Federals - 285/75/r16 on stock rims. I have had them for 1.5 years and the tread is about 50%. I estimate I will get 36,000 miles out of them. They handle well, and compared to other m/t's they are low noise. I usually rotate about 4,000 - 5,000 miles. I use a five tire rotation to include the spare tire. I don't know how others feel about them but they work well for me, and I couldn't beat the price.

My brother has em on his ram they seem to do good in sand and mud but I wouldn't know about rocks, he has about 10k miles on em and still look like new
Not a bad tire for the price

No problem, I think there's a couple of threads already started on the Federals, that was just the first one I found
