Eldorado Mountain, Colorado

My wife about shit herself going up the shelf road which had an amazing view. She ended up walking a lot of it because she couldn't handle being off camber with nothing between her and a 1000' drop, so I had to hurry and didn't get any snaps but the view back on Eldora and Nederland was really pretty. Some real nice wildflowers up there - would have been amazing a month ago. Overall easy trail and safe for stockers, with only a few tricky spots.







On the way back I bumped into a Nissan club with a USFS ranger who was repairing the trail because ATV dipshits had been ruining it in several places. :grayno:

Great pics. Looks fun. So, that's a No on black bear pass then? ;-)

Nice pics and i had my fiance get out and walk a few times the last trip to Moab.

Yeah apparently the pucker factor threshold for ladies is low?
