Very nice work sir!!!

May I ask what you used for a bender and the size of tube you used?

Thank you for your time and patience.

Sincerely,

Rubi'

Thanks! I used 1" sch 40 black pipe and a cheap HF bender. Not ideal, but it did the job.

I agree most of the time.... BUT.... Great job guys!!! Don't listen to Overlander....

Overlander? Who's Overlander? Must never post on here. LOL

It's all homemade. Bumpers, fenders, tie rod and drag link, tire carrier, skid plates, air tank, axles. Everything but the rock sliders because they were on it when I got it.

It's nice because I can make things the way I want them, and this way I can actually afford to do it.

Made an angled tire carrier that goes with the slant of the Trektop and relocates the license plate.

I really like the look of your front fenders. Hope to make it up your way to do some wheeling.

That's it! David wins the thread...I have more planned in the near future, but nothing fancy.

Nice fenders David.

Thanks guys. I really liked the metal cloak, but didn't like how they didn't angle inward in the tops. I was going for the pissed off Yamaha raptor kinda look. Turned out exactly how I wanted them.

Here's a few more pics of the process

Lots of bends in just the right spots.

Did the mock up with thin sheet metal and used it as a template for cutting the 1/16" metal.
