2015 Palo Duro Jeep Challenge

Looks like an awesome time, I used to Bike here all the time before I even had my jeep, and always thought, "some day, I'm going to bring a jeep here" but they I found out you can only run the canyon with the jeep jamboree, which fills up so fast its hard to get to run it with friends. \What "challenge" was this and where can I find info on the run? I have a buddy who is working on his PhD in lubbock, and if this is a yearly thing, maybe I can plan on making a trip up to visit him and we can both take our jeeps out there next year! I would LOVE the opportunity to wheel Palo Duro! :thumb:

Jeep Exclusive out of Amarillo organizes both events.

The Jamboree is held in May. The Jamboree is a great way to see the canyon a with little risk of damaging your Jeep.

The Challenge is held late September. The Challenge is geared towards the more challenging trails in the canyon with damage to be expected. I learned the hard way that Eddie was right in regards to the amount of damage metal fenders can cause as opposed to the cut plastic fenders.

That's the clubs link and should have the info for the events.
