Trying to Get Info on Deer Springs Near Escondido/San Marcos

Went out to an area that I have heard called Deer Springs by several people. It was right off the I-15 near San Marcos. When we got there, there were Private Property and no trespassing signs everywhere. Didn't want to risk it so we didn't go in.

Does anyone have anymore information on this area or does anyone know how to get in touch with the property owner?

Lots of drug activity in that area. I would steer clear.

Yeah. I saw trash and graffiti in a lot of places. Whether people are asking to use the property or not it certainly doesn't look as if they are "treading lightly"

Used to be an awesome car collection there years ago along with a pretty decent winery. I have pictures buried somewhere, but they are old-style film pics! I will see if I can find them in a box somewhere. I am packing the house in preparation to move next month so it may be a while.
