Threw in some 2" springs on my 2 door with chopped stock bumper and no winch and got about 3.5" of lift. It was a real pain installing the Rubicon express shock
ext and reinstalling the sway bar link had some issues putting the OEM bolts back in. But it's drivable again so that's good. I still need to put a spacer in the back let the bind out of my control arms.
