hey guys my brother in law is looking for a 4 door rubicon in or within a day's drive of Southern California. He's got a budget of around 35k and has the bug pretty bad. He sold his 2 door rubicon a year ago and has kicked hisself since. He'd like it to be moderately built with a lift and tires and maybe bumpers.
