Any kind member willing to take delivery of a used speedometer cluster for me, and Fedex it later (at my cost) to the UK if I subsequently need it?
Long story, but my new import JK was delivered with the wrong cluster. Dealer is delaying decision on whether to replace it or discount the price and let me repair.
I've found one on Ebay for $180 with free delivery to USA addresses but very expensive expedited trans Atlantic shipment. I want to buy the USA cluster as a back-up, $180 is nothing compared with the $2,500 main dealer replacement estimate but I don't want to pay the $400 shipping just yet in case the dealer replacement deal goes through and I have no need for it.
Anyone able to help?
If I do need the cluster then I'll send you the shipment cost plus something for your time, if I don't then consider it a gift.
