Moving to California from Florida

Is there any regulations/laws that I should know about in California as far as mudflaps or wheels being wider than fenders etc.?

I run 37's with fenders and spacers and have had zero issues with cops. Doesn't make it legal though.

You'll be up in Big Bear?
