What's the plan for rear length stretch?

I don't have a plan really set in stone yet. But I think I'm gonna cut the rockers off and make boat sides. Then gonna cut the entire body off behind the frond seats and tube it out and make a 0 degree departure angle. Then eventually try to put the quarter panels back on the side of the cage and it should look kinda like a jeep. The back is gonna be 100% tube chassis and buggy.

Edit: shooting for a 108 wb so probably stretch it around 6-8" roughly

Pulled the t-case today in prep for putting in the atlas. Also cut the body again to where i thought would be my final cut line and started to drill the floor out to run the cage to the frame. But now I'm thinking about going back to plan A and cutting the rockers and everything off, boatsides, and fully caged in door area. Haven't made up my mind completely yet. Whats does everything think? I say do a bar like what's on Scotts juggy for the door. Still makes it easy to get in and out of and protects you too
That what in gonna do if i don't go full buggy and cut the rocker off.
While I like the boatside idea, I prefer the look of the Jeep to be kept in tact, so I'd leave the doors and just boatside it.
I know you like the more jeep look! Haha

Ended up working on the jeep some more. Pulled the front axle back out and started setting up the steering. Still need to do some more welding and then paint and finial assembly. I cant tell from these pics, but i would assume since you are stretching the front axle so far forward you are going full hydro for your steering? You are doing great work by the way. Looks great.
