Congrats! As far as a project, I'm 32 and my old man is 73. We did a lot of projects (carpentry and rebuilding my brothers camaro) when I was a kid. It's something your youngin will keep with him forever! Get him the little tikes tools, then work up to a little tool box with a couple of screw drivers and a hammer and work up till he has his own tools. I didn't grow up to be a full gear head, but nothing will take those memories from me. Congrats again.
