Measuring how much suspension lift you have ?

Are there any measurements you can take such as frame height compared to the stock height or something like that. Im just curious as where I am with my coil over setup?

I measure from the top of the axle tube to the bottom of the frame. Should be 5" stock front and rear +/-1" Based on 2dr/4dr hard top/soft top it varies. That diagram is a great reference as well.

the spring perch measurement is what i used the other day. found out that my 2.5" budget boost is now only a real 1" lift after everything i've added to my jeep the last couple years. :doh:
