New Brake Lights - Question

My EVO rear skins should be here next week. These are the aluminum one with 4 inch holes. I found some tail lights I like that include the backup lights. I've heard tell of needing a resistor to get the blink (flashing) rate set correctly. Anyone have info regarding replacing tail lights?

As far as the tail/backup lights you may want to try these.......they are what I went with on the advice of another Wayalife member (JAGS) here's a link to his build and pics of the lights installed in his EVO corners as well

Any questions give me a holler

I have the maxxima lights as well. Very nice lights for 60 bucks for the pair on amazon.

Great lights. Just to keep it honest, I've been experiencing some issues with the resistor on the passenger side giving dash error warnings.

Called Maxxima a couple weeks back and there is a chance the resistor is just at the threshold or below. Recommendation was to daisy chain two of them bringing the amps to around 4.

Does anyone know what the amp draw is on the stock lights. I know the fuse is 15 amps, but not sure what the impact would be to double up the resistor?
